The problem

A good tool on a page nobody visits is useless.

Advice has to arrive at the moment of hesitation: on the product page, in the basket, on the page comparing two references. Sending the customer elsewhere is losing them.

What it changes in your journeys

Advice in the right place.

On the product page

Lou reads the composition and answers questions on tolerance, use and precautions.

In the basket

Checking combinations and contraindications before checkout.

In search

The visitor describes their need in plain words, Lou points them to the right item.

The same analytics

Conversations from the site join those from the shelf, in a single dashboard.

Three ways to integrate

From copy-paste to bespoke.

The widget

A floating advice button across the whole site. You paste a script, you choose the colour and the position.

Setup: one afternoon
The widget in context

On a product page, the window opens already knowing which product the customer is looking at: no need to describe it.

Setup: one more attribute
The API

You build your own interface and call the engine: catalogue, brand, campaigns. Public docs and OpenAPI spec.

Setup: depends on your team

In practice, it fits in three lines.

<!-- avant </body> -->
<script src="https://lou.care/embed.js"
        data-key="pk_embed_votre_cle"
        data-product-idtype="ean" data-product-value="3401560000000"></script>

The two product attributes go together: the type (ean, sku or token) and its value. Loaded asynchronously: no impact on how your pages render.

Your domains, your key. The public key only answers from the domains you declare; anywhere else it is inert. To go further, the developer documentation covers the API and its OpenAPI spec.

How long to go live?

The time it takes to add a tag and declare your domains. No redesign, no migration.

Can the widget key be copied?

It is public, like a client-side payment key. What protects it is your list of domains: elsewhere it does not answer. The API keys, by contrast, are secret and hashed.

Let us test it on one of your pages.

We show you the advice on one of your product pages.
