PConseil Pharmalysonline
Is this cream right for my reactive skin?
Its formula is short and fragrance-free, which limits the risk of irritation. One point to watch: it contains a preservative to avoid on broken skin.

The problem

Your customer relationship is not outsourced.

A third-party logo in the middle of the conversation, and your brand slips into the background.

What Lou brings

The engine is ours, the experience is yours.

Your identity

Name, logo, colours, typography and tone of voice: the interface is yours end to end.

Your domain

Served on your subdomain, with your certificate. No visible redirect.

Your scope

You choose which aisles are covered and which catalogue the advisor queries.

Our neutrality

The engine stays the same: advice on the facts, never steered by margin.

The health framework

Verifiable sources, referral to a human: compliance does not change.

Your data

The conversational analytics come back to you, in your own space.

Three levels

From co-branding to full white label.

Level 1
Co-branding

Your colours and your logo, with “powered by Lou” shown. The fastest rollout.

Level 2 · the most common
White label

Your name, your colours, your domain. Lou no longer appears in the interface, only in the legal notices.

Level 3
Full integration

The advisor becomes a component of your app or website, through our integration.

A limit we own. White label dresses the interface, never the answers. Whatever brand is shown, the advice stays anchored to official reference bases and authorised claims: that is what stops the model inventing, and what keeps your answers within the regulatory frame.
Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Will our customers know it is Lou?

In white label, Lou does not appear in the interface. The technical provider is still named in the legal notices, as data-processing transparency requires.

Can the advisor’s answers be changed?

No. You set the scope (aisles, catalogue) and the tone, not the content of the advice. The sources and the refusal to oversell are structural.

Who owns the conversation data?

They are yours. You access them through the conversational analytics and can export them.

Your advisor, under your name.
