POLYGLYCERYL-4 OLEATE
Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate is a surfactant and emulsifier of plant and synthetic origin. It is obtained by chemical synthesis from oleic acid (derived from vegetable oil) and glycerol. Its role in a formulation is to facilitate the mixing of water and oils, and to stabilize emulsions.
