Oat bran
Avena Sativa Bran is the bran of common oat, of plant origin. It fulfills the roles of fragrance, thickening agent, and abrasive in cosmetic formulations.
Roles & functions
Perfuming — Adds a scent to the product or masks the odour of raw materials.
Viscosity controlling — Increases viscosity and gives the product its texture.
Abrasive — Helps remove particles through friction (polishing, scrubbing).
