Ammonium styrene/maleic acid copolymer ethanolamide
Synthetic ingredient derived from the polymerization of styrene and maleic acid, modified with ethanolamine. It fulfills several roles in cosmetic formulations: surfactant and emulsifier to stabilize water-oil mixtures, humectant to retain moisture, and thickener to increase the viscosity of products.
